Our response

We aim to send you a written response within twenty working days. If we need more time, we will explain why and give you a revised timescale.

Escalating to the regulator

If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA). The IAA can be contacted at PO Box 567, Dartford, DA1 9WX, or telephone 0345 000 0046. Official information is published on GOV.UK — search for the Immigration Advice Authority.
