Frequently Asked Questions
Straight answers to questions we hear often. For advice tailored to your case, book a consultation.
Is this legal advice?
No. The report provides general information based on common UK visa pathways. It is not personalised immigration or legal advice.
Who is this service for?
People planning UK visas who want a structured first-pass overview of possible routes and risks before taking further steps.
How fast is delivery?
Typically within about one minute after you complete the questionnaire, as a digital report.
Can I get a refund?
This is a digital product. Sales are final and non-refundable once the report has been delivered.
What if my case is complex?
Complex appeals, urgent disputes, or refusal litigation usually need an IAA-authorised Level 2 or Level 3 adviser or a solicitor — not Level 1 work. This AI tool is not suitable for those situations.
What happens after the report?
You use the report to understand options and next steps. You remain responsible for any applications or decisions; we do not guarantee visa outcomes.
Do you guarantee a visa will be granted?
No. Only UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) or the Home Office can decide applications. Where we provide regulated assistance within IAA Level 1, we help you prepare applications clearly and identify risks — we never promise an outcome.
How do consultations work?
You contact us by email with a short summary of your situation. We may ask follow-up questions, then suggest next steps and whether a paid consultation or document review is appropriate.
Can you help if I have had a visa refusal?
Sometimes we can help with a fresh application or other steps that fall within IAA Level 1. At Level 1, administrative review is not permitted where a refusal was based on credibility or the genuineness of documents or relationships — those cases must go to a higher-level IAA-authorised adviser or a solicitor. Immigration tribunal appeals and judicial review are outside Level 1. Contact us and we will say clearly if we can assist or signpost you.
How long do UK visa applications take?
Processing times vary by route and workload. GOV.UK publishes indicative processing times; we help you plan submission dates and evidence — we do not control UKVI queues.
Do I need a lawyer or an immigration adviser?
It depends on complexity. Many straightforward applications can be supported under IAA Level 1. Discretionary or complex matters, immigration tribunal appeals, judicial review, and some overstayer or removal situations typically need an IAA-authorised Level 2 or 3 adviser or a solicitor. We explain where your case sits and do not take on work outside our authorisation.
Is information on this website legal advice?
No. Website content is general information. Where we provide regulated immigration advice, it is only with your agreement and only within IAA Level 1 permissions described on our About page — not legal advice from a solicitor.
