UK visa & immigration support
Student Visa
The Student route is the main visa for studying at a licensed student sponsor in the UK. Preparation focuses on CAS, finances, credibility, and (where relevant) dependants and the immigration health surcharge.
How we support
- CAS checklist and course/start-date alignment
- Bank statements, loans, and sponsor letter structuring
- Online application walkthrough and document upload order
- Dependant applications and extension planning where applicable
Who this is for
- International students with an offer from a licensed UK education provider
- Applicants switching into the Student route from another visa where permitted
- Students planning to bring eligible dependants or extend study
Before you apply
- Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) from a licensed student sponsor
- Evidence of funds for course fees and living costs (rules vary by location and circumstances)
- For Student applications, English requirements depend on the course: normally B2 for degree level or above and B1 below degree level, with permitted evidence and exemptions.
- Tuberculosis test certificate if applying from a listed country
- Valid passport/travel document and any prior UK immigration history disclosed accurately
Preparation points to discuss
- Financial evidence that does not meet format or 28-day rules
- Credibility interviews or concerns about study intentions
- Gaps between previous study, work history, or previous refusals not explained
Common questions
Can you issue my CAS?
No. Your education provider issues the CAS. Our visa service can help you check the information you have received and prepare the supporting evidence.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Outline your current status, plans, deadlines and any previous refusals or other relevant circumstances. Do not send passport scans or bank statements with your first message.
What does the fee cover?
Consultation, document review and application support have different scopes. We confirm the work, fees and exclusions in writing before you proceed. Government and third-party charges are explained separately.
