UK visa & immigration support
Work Visa
Most work routes require a licensed sponsor and a valid Certificate of Sponsorship. Salary thresholds, occupation codes, and supplementary employment rules have tightened over time — we sanity-check your package against current guidance.
How we support
- Pre-submission review of sponsor paperwork and contract
- Dependant applications coordinated with main applicant
- Check whether a proposed change of route is within our scope and identify the preparation required.
- Indefinite leave to remain long-term planning where relevant
Who this is for
- Skilled Worker applicants with a UK sponsor and valid CoS
- Health and Care Worker route applicants (where eligible and with appropriate sponsorship)
- Those exploring Global Business Mobility or other sponsored categories
Before you apply
- CoS with correct occupation code and skill level
- Salary at or above the general or going-rate threshold (whichever applies)
- Skilled Worker English is generally B2. Some existing holders extending or updating their visa have different requirements; check the rules for your circumstances.
- Criminal record certificate from relevant countries if required
- TB certificate if applying from a listed country
Preparation points to discuss
- SOC code or salary not aligned with sponsor statements
- Immigration history affecting cooling-off or continuous residence
- Certificate of Sponsorship errors or timing issues
Common questions
Does visa support include finding a job or sponsor?
This service supports visa preparation. It does not include recruitment or a promise of sponsorship. Tell us what offer and sponsor documents you already have.
What should I include in my first enquiry?
Outline your current status, plans, deadlines and any previous refusals or other relevant circumstances. Do not send passport scans or bank statements with your first message.
What does the fee cover?
Consultation, document review and application support have different scopes. We confirm the work, fees and exclusions in writing before you proceed. Government and third-party charges are explained separately.
